Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Admission Fee
• The admission fee paid at the time of enrollment is non-refundable, under any circumstances.
• This fee covers administrative and processing costs.

2. Tuition / Term Fees
• Once paid, tuition or term fees are generally non-refundable.
• Requests for cancellation and refund will only be considered under genuine circumstances, such as:
• Transfer of parents to another city/state (with valid documentation).
• Medical reasons that prevent the child from continuing education (with medical certificate).
• Any other reason deemed valid by the school management.

3. Procedure for Refund
• Parents must submit a written application to the school office or email the school’s official email ID within 15 days from the date of fee payment.
• The application must include:
• Student’s name and class
• Admission number / Fee receipt number
• Reason for refund request
• Supporting documents (if applicable)

4. Refund Processing
• Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days from the date of approval.
• Refunds, if any, will be made through bank transfer or cheque, to the account of the parent/guardian.
• Convenience fees, transaction charges, or taxes paid during online payments are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation by School
• In rare cases where the school cancels admission (e.g., due to non-fulfillment of eligibility criteria or other administrative reasons), the school may refund the tuition fees after deducting applicable administrative charges.

6. No Refund Situations
• Fee paid for extracurricular activities, transportation, uniforms, or books will not be refunded.
• No refund will be issued for partial attendance of a term or if a student withdraws mid-term.

7. Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes regarding the refund will be handled by the school’s management committee, and their decision will be final and binding.
